Defeat the Frostwyrm boss on the island in the middle of Spirit Grove. It drops a Frostwyrm's Egg that hatches into Frostwyrm. It also appears in the Twilight Giant Tree Egg, Sunforge Egg, Dino Egg, and Shiny Dustwing Egg pools.
